Brendly is operated by Digivana Technology LLC, with its operations team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
2. Data we collect
Contact details you send us (name, company, email, phone number), information about your products and target markets, and basic website analytics such as pages visited and device type.
When we run agents for you, we process business contact data of potential buyers obtained from public and licensed sources.
3. How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, run outreach on your behalf within the rules you approve, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. AI processing
Your business data is used only to operate your own agents. It is not used to train shared models and is not shared with other clients. AI providers we use are bound by data-processing agreements.
5. Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, or object to processing. Buyers contacted through Brendly can opt out at any time via the link in each message.
